Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have a way to access your home, you do not need to be present during the cleaning. Many clients provide a door code or key instructions. We always respect your home and privacy.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. We bring all standard cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the service. If you prefer we use specific products or supplies, just let us know ahead of time
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for your peace of mind. Our team is trained to work carefully and professionally in every home and workspace.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If something was missed or doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
How long does a cleaning take?
Cleaning times vary based on the size of your space, the service selected, and the condition of the home. Most cleanings range from 2–5 hours. We can provide a more accurate estimate when you request a quote.
Are pets okay?
Absolutely. We’re happy to clean homes with pets. We just ask that pets are secured or comfortable with cleaners present for everyone’s safety.
